Summary

  • Audio is deleted immediately after transcription. The backup copy is kept for no more than 24 hours.
  • Text from synchronous requests is not stored. Async job results are stored for 7 days.
  • Logs and error reports contain only service data: time, duration, model. No text or audio.
  • We do not sell data and do not use recordings for training without your consent.

  1. 1.Who processes your data

    1. 1.1Your data is processed by Clarion (clarion.uz). For questions about your data, write to rustam@clarion.uz.

  2. 2.What data we collect

    1. 2.1Account: name, email, profile photo when you sign in with Google, and your password as a hash.
    2. 2.2Profile: company, role, use cases, approximate volume and integration method from the onboarding questionnaire.
    3. 2.3Usage: request time, audio duration, model, mode and key. No text or audio.
    4. 2.4Startup program applications: application fields, reply email, Hugging Face account, Telegram, and the date and version of the accepted terms.

  3. 3.Audio and text

    1. 3.1Audio is transmitted over TLS and kept in encrypted storage only for the duration of transcription.
    2. 3.2After transcription, the audio is deleted. The backup copy is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
    3. 3.3Text from synchronous requests is not saved. Async job results are stored for 7 days and then deleted.
    4. 3.4Logs, metrics and error reports contain neither text nor audio.

  4. 4.Why we use it

    1. 4.1To provide the service: transcription, dashboard, keys, usage tracking and billing.
    2. 4.2For security: abuse prevention and incident investigation.
    3. 4.3For service emails: applications, changes to terms, account status. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

  5. 5.Who we share it with

    1. 5.1We do not sell data. We share it only with services Clarion cannot operate without:
    2. 5.2API servers, database and audio storage: a data center in Germany. Transcription: Modal cloud GPUs. Website: Vercel (Frankfurt).
    3. 5.3Sign-in: Google, if you choose to sign in with Google. Email: Resend. Error reports: Sentry, without personal data. Site visit statistics: Google Analytics.

  6. 6.Cookies

    1. 6.1One cookie for signing in to your account: it is inaccessible to scripts and is deleted when you sign out or the session ends.
    2. 6.2A second cookie remembers the site language you chose. Your theme choice is stored in the browser.
    3. 6.3Google Analytics cookies count visits and show which pages are used. Audio, transcripts and API keys never reach Google Analytics. We use no advertising cookies.

  7. 7.How long we keep it

    1. 7.1Account data: for as long as the account exists.
    2. 7.2Usage and payment records: for as long as needed for billing and as required by law.

  8. 8.Your rights

    1. 8.1You can change your name, company and profile in the dashboard settings.
    2. 8.2To request a copy of your data, delete your account or withdraw your consent, write to rustam@clarion.uz.

  9. 9.Changes to this policy

    1. 9.1Each new version is published on this page with its date. We notify you of material changes by email.
